LINCOLN ARCHITECTS BUILD ON SUCCESS WITH NEW HIRES @lk2_consultants

GROWING architecture firm, LK2 Architects Ltd, has expanded its team with the addition of two new professionals.

 

Thomas Atkinson, who joins as an architect, previously worked for a major high street retailer as a lead architect where he saw key projects through to completion. Tom has also worked on a range of shopping and leisure facilities in Europe.

 

Speaking of his new role, Thomas said: “I’m thrilled to be joining LK2 at such an exciting time. The team are clearly ambitious and have a lot of exciting projects in the pipeline.

 

“As well as utilising my experience as part of LK2’s retail team, I’m looking forward to getting stuck into other sectors, such as sports and leisure projects and expanding my knowledge.”

 

Thomas Redfearn also joins the team as as a senior architectural technologist. He brings with him a wealth of experience, having worked on several significant projects across the sports and leisure sectors including the Radcliffe Road stand at Nottingham Trent Cricket ground.

 

Thomas Redfearn said: “I contacted LK2 directly about job opportunities as I was interested in getting involved in the larger projects they deliver.

 

“I was also bowled over by the team and their drive and I’m excited to be a part of their growing success.”

 

As well as their work in sport and retail, both Thomas’ have experience in the public sector, having worked on healthcare, education and local authority projects.
