SARACEN MAKES THE REPAIRS FOR MOTOFIX

Saracen Small Works is celebrating its role as first point of call for leading national vehicle accident repair centre, Motofix. The popular division of workplace interiors consultant, Saracen Interiors, first supported Motofix approximately 18 months ago with the refurbishment of the accident repair centre’s head office in Camberley, Surrey. Since then the relationship has developed and Saracen has now worked at over two thirds of the company’s sites, with a brief to meet all requirements from general refurbishment to maintenance.

As the division enters its third year of operations, business continues to boom. In the last 12 months it has enjoyed a doubling of its turnover and early forecasts predict a further increase of up to 30 per cent in the coming six months, impacting on the company’s overall turnover and positioning Small Works as a significant division for Saracen. The Motofix account reflects the weight and profile of the clients who are happy to work with the division today.

Joint managing director of Saracen Interiors, Michael Page comments: “In a short space of time, we’ve positioned ourselves as the ‘go to guys’ for those looking for fast and effective solutions to meet their minor property requirements. This positioning has been achieved by the hard work and willingness of our team members and their extensive knowledge and experience which has made them a valuable asset for any company with a property portfolio. We’re particularly pleased with the relationship with Motofix as it has grown from an initial single project to the team now taking on responsibility for all of the workshops in the South.”

Sally Ball, facilities manager for Motofix is delighted to regard Saracen Small Works as a regular and dependable Motofix supplier: “Saracen has proven to be a great company to work with. Nothing is too much trouble and they understand and support our requirement for a uniform standard of presentation across our property portfolio. They have helped us to bring all of our workshops into line with branding guidelines and we now view them as an extension of the team. I know I can rely on them to give me the best advice and I am never made to wait in line for their service and attention. It’s great to have that level of support.”

Founded in February 2013 alongside Saracen Facilities and Saracen Move Management to oversee smaller projects, Saracen Small Works has enjoyed great success. Popular services include smaller design and build projects, alterations to existing space, re-decoration, modifications to power and data, general upgrading and updating, relocation of staff, furniture and work stations and the sourcing and supplying of new furniture. The division’s customer database has grown organically through the business of existing Saracen clients and a series of recommendations.
