Sliding and folding door hardware manufacturer, P C Henderson, is pleased to announce the launch of four new installation videos for some of its most popular residential products.
Following the huge success of the company’s first set of installation videos, launched back in 2015, P C Henderson has been working hard behind the scenes to create additional videos for its popular Rustic 80, Soltaire, Imperial Patio Kit and Loretto sliding door hardware kit packs.
Developed in the company’s own in house studio with the help of an outside agency, the videos guide customers through the installation process step by step, highlighting which tools are necessary for which component and providing ‘top tips’ to make the installation process as easy as possible. The videos also feature a realistic CGI background to enable customers to see what the products would look like in situ, providing a more realistic demonstration.
Andrew Royle, Sales and Marketing Director at P C Henderson commented: “We’re constantly looking at various tools that we can develop to aid our customers in the process of purchasing and installing our hardware. The feedback we have received from the original set of videos has been extremely positive and so it made sense to expand the range”.
Currently receiving over 11,000 views per month, the videos have proved to be very popular with customers across the world. Predominantly aimed towards the DIY market as a helpful resource to save time and money on installation fees the videos also make for a great marketing tool for distributors of P C Henderson products.
“We encourage distributors of our products to use the videos in order to market to their own customers. Available on our own website and Youtube, the videos can be embedded into most websites – something which a lot of our distributor customers have done already”, continued Andrew.
