CARE FERTILITY GROUP BRINGS CONSULTATION SUITE TO PEEL’S LIVERPOOL WATERS @PeelLivWaters

The UK’s leading independent fertility treatment provider, CARE Fertility Group, has taken up 2,500 sq. ft of space at No.8 Princes Dock, Liverpool Waters.

The Group will be using the space on Liverpool’s waterfront as a consultation suite, taking up a five-year lease, to advise people on the treatment process and discuss the best options for them.

The Group operates a number of laboratories and consultation suites across the UK, with this letting being the 12th site operated by the company.

No.8 Princes Dock is already home to a number of well-known regional, national and international firms across a variety of sectors. As well as KPMG, Bibby Financial Services and Savills, recent lettings have also seen property consultant Walker Sime and insurance broker Vast Visibility move into the Liverpool Waters address. In addition, legal services provider Pure Business Group has expanded its space from 10,000 sq. ft to 16,000 sq. ft to support the organisation’s future growth plans.

David Burford, chief operating officer at CARE Fertility Group, said:

“Our consultation suites need to be in a central location, offer a welcoming and relaxing environment and allow for flexibility depending on our needs. No.8 Princes Dock offers all of this and more to support our business and allow us to provide the best possible service to our patients. We are looking forward to spending the next five years watching Princes Dock, as well as neighbouring Central Docks, transform before our eyes, as we witness the Liverpool Waters project come to life.”

Liza Marco, asset manager at Liverpool Waters, said:

“To have an organisation such as CARE Fertility Group choose Liverpool Waters to base their latest consultation suite demonstrates the versatility of our office space, which can allow for any business, from fertility treatment organisations, to construction companies and international professional services firms, to co-exist in the one building.

“It has been an incredibly busy year for our asset management team, with a number of regional and national businesses choosing to either make Liverpool Waters their new home, extend their existing lease or expand the space they have already taken up. We’re looking forward to maintaining this momentum and would encourage any businesses that are interested in relocating to Liverpool Waters to contact the team.”

Liverpool Waters’ retained letting agents are CBRE, GVA, and Keppie Massie. To learn more about the Liverpool Waters Development project led by Peel Land and Property, please visit www.liverpoolwaters.co.uk.
