A range of standard details for CAD have been announced by Welsh Slate.
Leading UK manufacturer Welsh Slate has unveiled CAD capability with the launch of a selection of standard details.
Available as CAD-compatible and PDF files, the details cover eaves, vented soffits and fascias, verge on stonework (with bargeboard), abutments (top edge, side, and side with secret gutter), leaded valleys, ridge details (tiled and lead roll), hip details (close mitred, tiled and lead roll), parapet gutters, mansard roofs and changes in pitch.
Complemented by outline standard specification clauses, the details are currently only available on request but the technical team at Welsh Slate’s headquarters at Penrhyn Quarry in North Wales can also develop or adapt CAD details if required to suit specific projects.
