On Sunday 16th June 2019, The IPG team got in to gear to participate in the London to Brighton Bike Ride in aid of their chosen charity partner, Missing People #find every child; a charity that supports the families who are missing a loved one or struggling to keep a frequent runaway safe.
The team of 15 was made up of IPG staff, their members, and a representative from Missing People. Since early this year, they have been getting on their bikes and going that extra mile – as independents do!
The event entailed a challenging 54-mile ride through the Sussex and Surrey countryside. The team set off from Clapham Common, London and finished on Brighton Beach the same afternoon.
Nike Lovell, Head of Marketing said “The IPG team had a great sense of camaraderie, I feel inspired by their efforts, team spirit and drive. I was excited to cheer them on and welcome them to the finishing line!”
To date, there has been a staggering amount of kindness from all members, customers, family, and friends. The IPG surpassed its target of £1,000, raising £1,172.71, with still a chance to donate to our Missing People sponsorship page, please visit: https://www.the-ipg.co.uk/charity/
A big thank you to The IPG cyclists:
