MASTHAVEN COMPLETES ITS LARGEST SECOND-CHARGE MORTGAGE LOAN

MASTHAVEN COMPLETES ITS LARGEST SECOND-CHARGE MORTGAGE LOAN

Masthaven has completed its largest second-charge mortgage. The loan, for £457,885, has been arranged with Intelligent Loans.

Commenting on the completion, Jon Sturgess, Head of Sales at Masthaven, said: “Intelligent Loans came to Masthaven to discuss a large loan case that they were looking to place. Having previously worked with them on similar loans we were able to work together to deliver the best outcome for the customer. With loans of this size, it can sometimes be a challenge to understand the full complexity of the case, and so our underwriting team worked closely with the team at Intelligent Loans to overcome this aspect. The end result was a delighted customer.”

Alun Winter, Director at Intelligent Loans, added: “Over the past few months Masthaven has shaken up the established order in the specialist lending sector. It is testament to its current product range and service standards that we trusted them with such a large facility. This particular application wasn’t without its obstacles, and not for the first time Masthaven went above and beyond to ensure the client was treated fairly. Masthaven seems certain to play an important part in Intelligent Loans’ growth plans; and remains an increasingly important member of our lender panel.”
