Back in 2018, we started our first joint venture project; a run down, crumbing property that had not been loved in years.
We started renovating it, to bring a new lease of life into the house for a new family to eventually cherish and call home.
This put us onto the path of wanting to invest in other abandoned properties, to bring them back to their original form of glory.
We take pride in not being your average, large investment company who only idolises in purchasing large plots of land, to demolish the existing architecture and construct an abundance of uncharacteristic flat pack houses.
