Entries are now open for Workspace Design Shows first ever ‘Workspace Wellbeing Hero’ which celebrates champions of kindness and resilience

Workspace Design Show (26 – 27 February 2025, BDC, London) is proud to announce the launch of the “Workspace Wellbeing Hero” initiative, recognising and celebrating exceptional individuals in the workspace design industry who go above and beyond to support the wellbeing of others through acts of kindness and resilience in their work environments. This initiative shines a spotlight on those who make a tangible difference in workplace culture through selflessness, compassion, and perseverance.

The Workspace Wellbeing Hero initiative honours individuals who have shown remarkable dedication to creating a positive workplace culture. Whether it’s through charitable efforts, meaningful acts of kindness, or overcoming personal adversity, these heroes embody the spirit of resilience and inspire those around them to build a more supportive and inclusive environment.

“Workplace design is more than just creating functional spaces; it’s about shaping environments that enhance human experiences and nurture wellbeing,” said Esha Bark-Jones, Event Director of the Workspace Design Show. “This initiative is our way of recognising the everyday heroes whose kindness, strength, and compassion make the workplace a better space for everyone.”

The Workspace Wellbeing Hero initiative seeks to celebrate and elevate those who have:

  • Demonstrated exceptional compassion and support for colleagues.
  • Led impactful charitable initiatives within the workspace design community.
