Property consultancy GL Hearn has today announced the appointment of John Spice as Corporate Director. With more than 30 years of commercial and corporate property experience, John will be a key member of the Corporate team and will play an integral part in providing specialist property advice to clients.
Prior to joining GL Hearn, John worked at Bidwells LLP, where he was an Equity Partner. In 2010, he started Spice Property Consultants, which offered agency and consultancy services to Corporates, investors and developers. Spice Property Consultants has since strengthened the breadth of services offered to its clients by integrating fully with GL Hearn.
