Moduleo celebrates fifth anniversary in the UK

Leading luxury vinyl flooring manufacturer, Moduleo, is celebrating its fifth anniversary of trading in the UK.

To mark the occasion, Moduleo has unveiled a milestone infographic highlighting some of the company’s achievements, including the number of patterns launched, the amount of planks sold and how much energy the company saves thanks to eco-friendly manufacturing.

Moduleo has become one of the fastest growing flooring companies across the world, with 60 million metres of flooring being produced annually by 2019.

Headquartered in Avelgem, Belgium, Moduleo is part of the IVC Group, the world’s leading manufacturer of vinyl flooring.

David Bigland, managing director for Moduleo UK and Eire, comments: “I’m extremely proud, both personally and professionally, of how far Moduleo has come in such a short space of time.

As well as bringing more than 100 patterns to market since 2012, IVC Group is committed to green manufacturing, having invested £10m in wind energy two years ago.

The energy generated is the equivalent to the energy consumption of 2,000 households, or 13.3 GwH per year.

Moduleo has also recycled 75,000 tonnes of vinyl in its products – the same weight as 7.5 Eiffel Towers.

David adds: “Today, our products are sold in 115 countries across the world, which is a fantastic achievement. Among these is our brand-new Impress range, which features five wood, one stone and three abstract designs providing a total of 12 designs, 44 colours and 72 SKUs.

“The launch is in response to strong demand from customers who require flexibility to create a unique floor, particularly in commercial settings.”

This year also marks the launch of Moduleo’s new in-store showroom stand, which is designed to grow brand awareness and increase footfall to stockists. The innovative stands provide a unique selling experience to showcase the brand’s impressive products and engage customers.

David concludes: “This is just the start of our exciting journey in the UK. We’ve lots of plans in the pipeline and look forward to sharing them with our loyal customers over the coming months and years.”
