We provide free technical advice and site visits and Fire Risk Assessments and are experienced in designing bespoke solutions for customers. We are uniquely placed to develop new types of fire, smoke, airflow or water seals for unusual applications because we manufacture our own range of intumescent compounds in the UK at our extensive facilities outside Cambridge. We also have access to state of the art Testing facilities at Cambridge Fire research. Our range comprises over 200 seal combinations and our technical team are happy to provide advice. Our seals exceed the requirements for air leakage ( BS 7386) and water tightness (BS 5368) and comply with the relevant Building regulations for England and Wales.
We provide products for retro fitting to bring buildings up to current fire regulations and have specific expertise on Heritage projects where we have developed products which maintain the integrity and appearance of listed and buildings of national historical importance.
