Boon Brown Architects continues London success with major mixed use development win @boon_brown

Boon Brown Architects is celebrating a successful start to Spring with its appointment as architect / lead consultant on a large-scale London project. The award-winning practice has been chosen to complete the coordinated technical design for plots 202b-203 of the ambitious Barking Riverside scheme.

Due to start on site early summer 2017, London & Quadrant’s Barking Riverside Development is one of the largest brownfield sites in Europe. Boon Brown has been tasked with improving the construction design and efficiency together with enhancing apartment and house layouts of this phase of the development. The practice will also ensure that the design and finish of the homes are delivered to the highest quality standard. To be constructed by Quadrant Construction, the three plots comprise 227dwellings that will be a mix of terraced townhouses, podium deck and mansion block apartments.

“Boon Brown Architects is delighted to be working on such a substantial and complex regeneration scheme. We believe we have the right commercial attitude, understanding and technical know-how of designing and detailing complex schemes to help our client achieve high value returns whilst delivering high quality places to live and work.” – Craig Jones, Architectural Director, Boon Brown Architects.
