Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH) has opened a new lettings branch on the Abbeville Road, Clapham. The new lettings team will complement the existing sales branch at the site. Located at 44 Abbeville Road, the team will be managed by Luke Williams. The branch will cover a comprehensive area including Clapham, Brixton, Tulse Hill and Loughborough Junction.
The Clapham sales branch has operated out of Abbeville Road for more than 24 years. The new lettings team will become KFH’s 43rd lettings office and will add support to the 12 existing lettings branches in south west London
