The winner or winning team will receive a prize on the day of £1000.
“The One Day Design Challenge will also take place in Lisbon, Madrid and Barcelona, Russia, UAE, Oman, Shangai, Hong Kong, but this year is the first opportunity for the UK design community to show what they can do,” says Alan Dodds, Roca UK’s Managing Director. “This intense day of competition both supports and engages emerging designers in the drive to improve the bathroom experience, focusing our brightest minds on functional considerations as well as matters of space, sustainability and well-being. Roca encourages all contestants to be bold in demonstrating their innovation, creativity and design intelligence. We’re looking forward to an exhilarating day of competition.”
Entries will be judged on their creativity, originality and viability as well as the clarity and graphic design of the showcase presentations. The One Day Design Challenge jury will be announced shortly.
