Saracen Interiors has announced a run of contract wins at the end of 2017’s first quarter putting the award winning, workplace consultant on track to complete almost 100,000 square feet of fit out and refurbishment work in the coming weeks.
All of the wins are first time clients for Saracen and were won in competition, with big brand names like Samsung, Call Credit and Giraffe Restaurants featuring in the mix. The company will complete a fast track office fit out for Samsung in Brentford, while undertaking sizeable fit out projects for both Call Credit and owners of Giraffe, Boparan in London. Other wins include a fit out for Mobeus Equity Partners in London, an office refurbishment for Lockheed Martin in Gloucester and an office refurbishment for energy and environmental technologies global leader, Babcock & Wilcox in Telford.
These wins follow Saracen’s recent announcement that it has started on site for Sirius Minerals Plc at the iconic, former Scarborough Building Society building, which stands at the town’s southern gateway. Saracen was awarded the contract for the fertilizer development company’s new head offices earlier this year against strong competition.
Director of Saracen Interiors, Michael Page is delighted with the company’s solid start to the year: “We’re enjoying a period of strong growth and progression. As well as a number of London contracts, we are making great inroads in the North and have also recently extended our service offering through the Saracen Facilities division to include a complete selection of exterior and landscape services.
“Our remit is to offer tailored designs that reflect the clients’ needs and budget; a professional service with sympathetic consultancy and an effective one stop shop so that those clients can get all that they need from a single, trusted source. We are effective at building relationships – a point proven by our 80 per cent repeat business rate – and look forward to doing so with the new clients we have added to the roster so far this year.”
Over the past decade, Saracen’s status has gradually changed from a South East fit out concern to a national full service enterprise. The company has now made a significant impact in the North, winning contracts across the North West, Yorkshire and Scotland, while building relationships with suppliers from all around the UK. Its number of staff has grown along with its turnover and the company continues to invest in local apprentices, training initiatives and industry-specific innovations.
