VitrA launches the Voyage collection by award-winning designer Arik Levy @vitra

Leading bathroom brand VitrA introduces the Voyage collection, a collaboration with the award-winning multi-disciplinary artist and designer Arik Levy.

Inspired by his time living and working in Japan, Arik Levy worked closely with VitrA’s in-house design team to create a bathroom collection that allows both mind and body to relax. He comments: “Taking time for ourselves in the bathroom each day can be extremely purifying. Our daily habits are deeprooted, but I hope that the Voyage collection will help us to indulge ourselves and make time to enjoy our daily rituals”.

APT Skidata Gives Parking Control to Paradise Tenants @SWARCO_AG

APT Skidata, one of the world’s leading parking solutions providers, has completed the first phase of a five-year project within Paradise, a major redevelopment of Birmingham’s civic centre being led by  development managers, Argent. 

 

New parking equipment including Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) and APT Skidata’s cashless digital kiosk (Skiosk Lite) have been installed as part of Phase One of the Paradise scheme, in the basement level of the new Chamberlain Square Car Park. The equipment was in place to facilitate the arrival of the first tenant, the leading professional services firm PwC.

Flooded vets need lift replacement @Abilityltd

Valley Vets, based in Gwaelod y Garth in South Wales is a state-of-the-art, hightech facility providing animal care with ten consulting rooms and six operating theatres, plus hydrotherapy, physiotherapy and two x-ray suites.

They already had an existing platform lift, but during the recent heavy rainfall, unfortunately the building flooded, leaving the lift unit under 3 feet of water. After a visit from the insurers, the loss adjusters agreed to have the existing platform lift removed and replaced with the Optimum 100s from Ability Lifts.
